The boss enemies on Extra Operation maps have rather high armour, but it can be reduced by fulfilling certain conditions. The bosses get different artworks and voice lines when the debuff is applied. The debuff resets every day at 05:00 JST. On the last day of the event it won't reset.
01▼ Fall 2015 Event: "Engage! Marine Transport Operation" is beginning
"Kancolle" Fall 2015 Event Zone "Engage! Sealine Transport Operation" will be implemented, along with the start if the Operation. This Operation will be mainly composed of Tactical Operation revolving the "Transport Operation" run by Torpedo Squadrons.
02▼ Operation Structure
This operation will contain the main operation (First Step Operation) and the extra operation (Second Step Operation). For Admirals who have not been long since their start of career should aim to complete the main operation. Also it is important to build fleet depth first instead of running headlong into the event maps.
03▼ Main Operation (First Step Operation)
Main Operation (First Step Operation) is formed of three zones
1st Operation Zone: "Transport Operation! Clearing the Line"
2nd Operation Zone: "Battle of Cornohaikara"
3rd Operation Zone: "Setting Sail! Sealine Transport Fleet"
By clearing the main operation, you will be rewarded with Training Cruiser "Kashima"
04▼ "Combined Fleet" Setup
E-1 requires a "Combined Fleet".
※The 1st fleet is the main fleet, while the 2nd fleet consist of escort fleets; drag & drop the 2nd fleet icon over the 1st fleet icon in order to form a Combined Fleet.
05▼"Transport off-load Gauge"
E-2 and E-3 will be a "transport" mission. By selecting specific fleet composition such as "Torpedo Squadron" and reaching a specific load-off point and beating the enemy fleet there will allow you to fill up the transport gauge
06▼ How to increase load-off amount
By equipping your transport ships with transport equipment you can increase the amount of load-off you can get at once. Futhermore, for E-3 you can sortie a "transport escort unit" consisting of a Combined Fleet with large ships. The similar "transport unit main force" allows up to two large ships that are suited for transport
07▼ In the Main Operation...
On maps of the Main Operation you can get Akizuki, Kawakaze, Mizuho among others. ※Higher difficulty levels have a higher drop rate. Furthermore, clearing the Main Operation allows you to proceed to the Extra Operation.
08▼ Regarding the Extra Operation
The Extra Operation consists of the following maps.
E-4: "The Western front! Dispatch the carrier task force" (※Separate Operation)
E-5: "Overcome! Nightbattle of Vanilla Gulf!" (※Final map)

09▼ In the Extra Operation...
In the Extra Operation...... depending on your progress, you can get foreign ships like Prinz Eugen or Roma. Furthermore, you'll be able to get the new aircraft carrier Graf Zeppelin, and on the final map you can get Arashi.
10▼ Regarding the new "PT Imp Groups"
New enemy ships called "PT Imp Groups" are going to appear on Fall 2015 Event maps. Attacks by large ships like battleship are rather ineffective against them. But small ships like destroyers are effective against them. ※Even large ships can deal with them to a certain extent when they're equipped with "secondary guns".
11▼ That strong enemy in the Extra Operation...
The final map of the Extra Operation is home to very strong Abyssal ships. In order to help you actually make a dent on them there exists an "Armour Crush Effect".
※When the crush effect triggers there'll be a small change (TL Note: Most likely a visual indicator to show that it's actually working)
※The enemies' armour resets every morning at 05:00 JST (On the last day it won't reset).

Admirals, our apologies. There's an overwhelmingly high chance that the attacks of destroyers which should have been effective on the new Abyssals (PT imps) were not implemented as originally intended. At present, we are investigating the situation. We are extremely sorry. Those who are in the midst of operations, please try to avoid sortieing against these enemies temporarily.
For those of you who thinks PT imps are too difficult, it's a bug.
There's a bug causing DD fires to be incorrectly ineffective towards them. The devs are fixing this without stopping the servers. This announcement was made an hour earlier, and the repair should end shortly.
Anyone wanna try putting CI combination on her?
Can she even do cut-in? Daytime shelling requires recon seaplanes, whereas night battle CIs requires torpedoes iinm.
I'm thinking that this can be used with her for yasen shelling if the common yasen mechanics applies to her: 2 torpedo bombers to make up her torpedo stat, and 2 guns. Her base attack at max is 50 + 26 (from 2 Ryuusei Kais) + 15.5cm Secondaries (7 * 2 = 14) = at least 90 damage per single tap.
I might be saying silly things here so someone correct me. By the way I haven't had her yet so I can't test this.
Even if I'm a Lv 23 Admiral who is still learning the ropes, I think I'm still gonna stick with E-1, E-2 and E-3. Would love to have Prinz Eugen and Graf Zeppelin, but probably wouldn't be able to as I haven't done the quest to attain Z1.
