Today's Hinamatsuri. Right now the KanColle furniture shop has several Peach Festival items such as an extravagant doll stand in its inventory. Admirals who don't haven't bought one might want to check them out by the next server maintenance. Also, certain pieces of furniture as well as the jukebox allow you to set "Hinamatsuri and the Shipgirls" as BGM!

The main enemy force will be the Isolated Island Princess, who hasn't made an appearance in a while. And she's bringing new friends with her... Look forward to it!
(TL Note: The original tweet says "Isolated Island Princess", but that doesn't make sense since 久々登場 basically means "hasn't made an appearance in a while", which would imply she's appeared before even though she didn't. "Isolated Island Demon", on the other hand, has appeared before - for the first time as Spring 2014 E-5 boss, then in Summer 2015 E-7 on a normal node - so it could be a typo.)
TL Note 2: Alas, the 6-4 boss actually is the Isolated Island Princess, a stronger version of her Demon form. Thanks for confusing everyone, devs.

The list of equipment that you can mod in Akashi's arsenal has been expanded.ybr>
By using a certain ship girl as support you can now mod the 25mm Single Autocannon Mount. Furthermore, the Twin & Triple mount versions can now be modded with more ship girls.
04▼【改修工廠(明石の工廠)】新改修メニュー追加実装 1/2
改修工廠において改修可能メニューが拡張されます。
ある艦娘がサポートすることで、「25mm単装機銃」の改修が可能です。また、同連装機銃及び同三連装機銃の改修をサポートできる艦娘のメンバーが増強されます。
05▼ Additions to Akashi's Improvement Arsenal 2/2
By using certain ship girls as support you can now mod the Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane. A fully modded Reconnaissance Plane can also be upgraded into a new piece of equipment by using Type 0 Fighter Model 21.
05▼【改修工廠(明石の工廠)】新改修メニュー追加実装 2/2
改修工廠において改修可能メニューが拡張され、ある艦娘がサポートすることで、「零式水上偵察機」の改修が可能になります。最大改修の「零式水上偵察機」を「零式艦戦21型」と共に新装備に装備更新することも可能です。
06▼ New Seaplane Fighter plane
The new seplane fighter Type 2 Seaplane Fighter Kai has been implemented. It can be obtained by using several Type 0 Fighter Model 21 to upgrade a fully modded Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane. It's not as strong as carrier-based planes, but may contribute to gaining Air Superiority or Supremacy under certain circumstances.
06▼新型【水上戦闘機】の実装
新型水上戦闘機【二式水戦改】が実装されます。複数の「零式艦戦21型」を使用して、最大改修された「零式水上偵察機」から装備更新することが可能です。艦上機には敵いませんが、限定された状況下では制空権確保や航空優勢に寄与することが可能です。

A new map has been added to the Central Waters area. Depending on the fleet compositions the route can vary greatly. Furthermore, at the innermost part of the map the Isolated Island Princess and her guardians, the Artillery Imps, will be waiting for you.

中部海域の最深部に新たな作戦海域【新海域】が実装されます。同作戦海域では、出撃する艦隊編成によって、進撃航路が大きく異なります。また、新海域最深部には「離島棲姫」及び彼女を守る「砲台小鬼」らが待ち受けています。

08▼ Regarding the Artillery Imps
The Isolated Island Princess and the Artillery Imps in the deepest part of the Central Waters area are installation-type enemies, but their defence characteristics are unlike those of the softskinned installations you've encountered so far. Case in point, the Artillery Imp is a pillbox-type installation, therefore Type 3 Shells are not effective against it.
There exist several pieces of equipment that are effective against them.
08▼新海域の【砲台小鬼】について
中部海域の最深部を守る「離島棲姫」及び「砲台小鬼」は、地上型の敵ですが、従来のソフトスキン型の地上型目標と防御特性が異なります。特に【砲台小鬼】はトーチカ型の地上目標のため、三式弾は有効ではありません。
※複数の有効装備が存在します。

The following two quests have been added.
