Pre-Event
Currently KanColle Development Team is preparing for the release of the next Limited-Time Operation Seasonal Event. During this year, due to the implementations of the Phase 2 Maps, the Early Fall Event, and the Saury Fishing Mini-Event this Autumn, the next Event will be named as 'Winter Event'... The next Operation is scheduled to begin during the middle of next month (December 2018)!
さらに「艦これ」運営鎮守府では、来るべき次期季節イベ【期間限定海域】の作戦準備を進めています。今年は夏に第二期海域の投入、初秋に初秋イベ、さらに秋刀魚漁祭りというリズムになったため、次期季節イベは【冬イベント】という形で年内投入予定…来月(2018年12月)中に作戦開始予定です！

During the Limited-Time Operation 'Winter Event' starting next month (2018 December), a certain 'Latest New Model Seaplane Tender' who is capable of equipping Seaplanes and Special Mini Submarine 'Kouhyoteki' will be implemented. She was first operated as an excellent Fast Transport Ship in the country, but was lost in the Southern Seas during a Frontline Transport Operation. Please look forward to it... a bit!
来月(2018年12月)中に作戦開始予定の期間限定海域【冬イベ】では、水上機及び特殊潜航艇「甲標的」を運用可能な【最新鋭の水上機母艦】、戦局により優秀な高速輸送艦としても運用され、南方海域での前線への輸送作戦中に喪われることとなった彼女を実装予定です。少しだけ…お楽しみに！
Currently KanColle Development Team is preparing for the release of the next Limited-Time 'KanColle Winter Event' Operation. Once all preparations are finished, the Operation is expected to initiate late next month , before the end of the year! The next Winter Event is currently scheduled to initiate Late Next Month, before the end of this year, once everything is ready. For Admirals planning on participating in the Operation, please make sure to prepare your 'Torpedo Squadron' and various ships to be used during the Operation, and Aircraft Strength as well!

After tomorrow evening, the Monthly Operation Result Information for the 'October Operation' will be displayed under the Game Screen on the 'Information' section. Also, Top Ranker Admirals for the Monthly Operation will be receiving their Small Rewards by order after the Results are released. Through the distribution of the rewards, the Pre-Release New Equipment "Land-based Reconnaissance Aircraft" will be implemented as well.

The New Equipment "Land-based Reconnaissance Aircraft" which will be implemented tomorrow's Ranking Operation Reward as a Pre-Release Content. This equipment had failed to succeed to become a Long-Ranged Fighter, but was officially rolled out as a Two-Motored Land-Based Reconnaissance Aircraft. It was remodeled in Rabaul, and had performed "In that Night Battle" during the Mainland Anti-Air Battle for Land Reconnaissance. Before its official release in the Winter Event, it will be Pre-Released tomorrow evening!

In the Early Part of the Event, a certain new Destroyer from the 9th Destroyer Division who met her end together with the Veteran Destroyer Murasame will be implemented as a New Ship Girl. Currently KanColle Development Team is under the final preparations for the release of many various things and are in Very Busy Mode Monday Tuesday Wednesday, everyday. This season's Winter Event Limited-Time Operation taking place this season will be known as "Assault! Buin Defense Operation". This Operation's scale will be Small Scale, but the Admirals aiming for Higher difficulties such as Hard Mode and Medium Mode are highly recommended to prepare thoroughly for the operation!

The 1st Operation (E-1) will be a Tokyo Express Operation with Destroyer Squadrons sent out to the Frontlines from Buin. If doing high difficulty operation such as Hard Mode, use of Surface Radars will be the key to victory! Starting from the 2nd Operation (E-2), the Land-Based Aircraft Support will be set up within Rabaul, support for the Surface Task Force, and will expand the Offensive Aviation Battles. The 3rd Operation, the Extra Operation (E-3) will be the Final Operation!
第一作戦海域では、ブインから前線への駆逐艦を主体した【鼠輸送作戦】を実施します。「甲作戦」などの高難易度では、水上電探の活用も勝利の鍵！第ニ作戦海域以降では、【基地航空隊】をラバウルに展開し、水上艦隊の掩護、そして航空撃滅戦も展開します。後段の第三作戦海域は最終作戦です！
Also, currently KanColle Development Team is currently doing their best to prepare for the release of this season's Winter Event: Limited-time Operation [Assault! Buin Defense Operation] while eating some Chicken by our Desks. It's an alias, but this Winter Event will be known as "Winter 2019 Event" (since there already is a Winter 2018 Event, and since this Operation will take place more during the next month in 2019).

During this season Winter 2019 Event [Assault! Buin Defense Operation], just like Nisshin Squadron's Final Fleet Formation, there will be 1 Seaplane Tender and 3 Destroyers newly implemented. We have already completed the Recording of the Voicelines of the New Ship Girls! There will be a Voice Actress participating in KanColle for the first time! Please look forward to... the new Ship Girls being implemented this season!

It will be starting at 11:00 and is under expectations to end at 23:00. With the End of the Update, the Winter 2019 Event: Limited-Time Operation [Assault! Buin Defense Operation] will finally begin! Fleets, prepare to sortie to the Central Solomon Seas!
明日【12/26(水)】、「艦これ」稼働全サーバ群はメンテナンス＆冬イベ2019作戦投入アップデートを実施予定です。同開始【11:00】、メンテ完了は【23:00】を予定…同アップデート完了を以て、冬イベ2019:期間限定海域【邀撃！ブイン防衛作戦】作戦開始です！艦隊、中部ソロモン海域へ抜錨準備！
本日この後【11:00】より、「艦これ」稼働全サーバ群はメンテナンスに突入致します。本メンテによるアップデート完了を以て、冬イベ2019:期間限定海域【邀撃！ブイン防衛作戦】、作戦を開始致します！メンテ完了は現在【23:00】を予定…しています！作戦全参加艦艇、中部ソロモンへ抜錨準備！
