- Ooshio has blue or purple hair in short twintails. She wears a smokestack-shaped hat, a short-sleeved white shirt, arm warmers, a skirt with suspenders and black kneehighs. She carries a twin-gun turret and a quadruple torpedo launcher.
- On her Kai ni, She wears a black sleeveless dress over a white shirt, a grey belt and blackkneehighs.
Trivia[]
- Sunk February 20, 1943 by the USS Albacore.
- Her name means "spring tide" (not the tide during the spring, but the extreme tides that occur twice a month at the new and full moon).
