General Changes

• In honor of the Seventh Anniversary of KanColle, all admirals have been gifted a Present Box and 10 equipment slots upon logging into the game for a limited time!
• The fleet preset expansion limit has been increased by two, bringing the total obtainable fleet preset slots up to 17.
• New Seventh Anniversary voicelines (as well as some older anniversary voicelines) have been implemented. Ships that have received new Seventh Anniversary lines include:
  • Battleships: Yamato, Musashi, Nagato, Mutsu, Ise, Hyuuga, Kongou, Hiei, Kirishima, Haruna
  • Carriers: Shoukaku, Zuikaku, Zuihou, Hiyou, Shinyou
  • Cruisers: Takao, Atago, Jintsuu, Sendai, Naka, Noshiro, Yahagi
  • Destroyers: Suzutsuki, Hatsushimo, Wakaba, Shiratsuyu, Shigure
  • Auxiliaries: Nisshin, Hayasui
• The Furniture shop selection has been updated and includes multiple pieces of new furniture.
• Kongou Kai Ni C has received a statistic buff of +1 , +2 , +3

  • Has visible fit bonuses with 35.6cm Twin Gun Mount Kai, 53cm Twin Torpedo Mount, New Kanhon Design Anti-torpedo Bulge (Large), and New Model High Temperature High Pressure Boiler, among other equipment.
  • Has a torpedo stat and can equip torpedos.
  • Has enhanced seaplane capabilities, can equip seaplane fighters (NOT seaplane bombers).
  • Can also equip sonars and anti-ground equipment.
  • Can trigger a new night battle cut-in type.

New Kongou-class Third Remodel
Special Attack

• When paired with certain other remodeled Kongou-class Battleships, Kongou Kai Ni C and Hiei Kai Ni C can perform a nighttime special attack.
  • Kongou Kai Ni C: Hiei Kai Ni C, Haruna Kai Ni, or Warspite.
  • Hiei Kai Ni C: Kongou Kai Ni C or Kirishima Kai Ni.
• To trigger this attack, the fleet must be in Line Ahead formation (single fleet) or Cruising Formation 4 (combined fleet).
• This attack may only be triggered once per sortie, and cannot be used if another special attack has already been triggered (example: if Nelson touch was triggered on a prior node, neither Nelson touch nor this special attack can be triggered for the duration of the sortie). source
• According to the developers, the trigger rate of this attack is dependent on level and luck.
• Special attacks triggered with Hiei Kai Ni C as flagship will receive a higher multiplier if she is equipped with a large searchlight. Equipping a surface radar can also be used to an increased multiplier.
• Special attacks triggered with Kongou Kai Ni C as flagship will receive a higher multiplier if she is equipped with a surface radar.
• Further specifics are still under investigation.

Akashi's Improvement Arsenal Changes

• Skua, Swordfish Mk.II Kai (Reconnaissance Seaplane Model), Swordfish Mk.III Kai (Seaplane Model), and Bofors 15.2cm Twin Gun Mount Model 1930 can now be improved when using the appropriate helper ship.
• Swordfish (Seaplane Model) can now be be converted to the Swordfish Mk.II Kai (Reconnaissance Seaplane Model) through improvement.
• S9 Osprey can now be improved when using the appropriate helper ship. It can also be converted to the Swordfish Mk.III Kai (Seaplane Model) through improvement.
• Type 97 Torpedo Bomber (Tomonaga Squadron) can now be improved when using the appropriate helper ship. It can also be converted to the Tenzan Model 12 (Tomonaga Squadron) through improvement.
  • Note: It appears that players who have not yet completed F13 can now obtain a +★max copy of the Tenzan Model 12 (Tomonaga Squadron) by improving the Type 97 Torpedo Bomber (Tomonaga Squadron) used in the conversion to +★max before performing it.
• Hiei Kai Ni C can now be used as an assistant to improve the 35.6cm Twin Gun Mount Kai.

New Easter Egg: Gotland's Sheep, Fly!

• This is a new mini-game that has been implemented in the inventory screen.
• To start playing it, click on the three flowers surrounding the fairy in said inventory screen. A goat sprite will then appear, click it to start playing.
