【タウイタウイ泊地所属の提督の皆さんへ】 現在「タウイタウイ泊地」サーバへの接続が極端に不安定になっています。現在復旧と接続環境維持に努めています。可能な限り早い復旧と対策に努めます。申し訳ありません。同泊地の提督方は、少しの間だけ接続をお待ち頂けますと幸いです。

7th of June server re-opening to new admirals
- On the 7th of June 2016, this server, along with a select few other servers were (re-)opened to new entrants into KanColle. Please click on [Expand] to the right to see more information.
- The following servers were made accessible to new players: Buin, Tawi-Tawi, Palau, Hitokappu Bay, Paramushir, Sukumo Bay, Kanoya, Iwagawa, Saiki-wan, as well as the usual Hashirajima server.

Basically, they are telling you that the servers are closed for new entrants and to please wait until the end of Spring 2016 Event, the first few weeks of June 2016.
現在「艦これ」稼働全サーバ群の着任枠が満杯となっており、新規着任不可能な状態となっています。新規着任ご希望の皆さん、お待たせして申し訳ありません。現在各サーバ群着任枠の整備＆拡張を進めています。春イベ完了後、来月六月の可能な限り早いタイミングで、再開放を開始予定です。

Currently the 「Kancolle」 servers are full, it is not possible to accept new entrants. To the brimming new admirals, we have to apologise and ask you to wait. We are looking into server expansion, it is possible that early into this summer we will be re-opening to the new entrants.
