20th: The mechanism which allow Destroyers to effectively fight against PT Imp Pack were not properly implemented but it is now fixed.
21st: Remodelled Training Cruisers can now equip Searchlight.
Note: Graf Zeppelin's night battle combat graphic have been reported as bugged too but have not been fixed yet. (Graf Zeppelin perform night battle shelling but now animation show planes fly off from her when she is doing night battle shelling)

No, she already as of the first day did night time shelling. The animation however showed planes when planes were not actually being launched.
That was the last time I start an event day-1. PTs gave me more salt than Summer 2014 and 2015 together.

yea I don't think so either. Shigure and Akatsuki aren't hitting them reliably at all, but then again neither is Jintsuu. (all Kai Ni, lowest level 75, easy mode)
Are you sure it's not just RNG?
I don't know what it was like before, but it definitely feels like about 1 shot in 4 from my DDs will land and take one out, but maybe 2/3 from cruisers. Easy mode, high-level ships. Probably helps that the CL/CLT have +accuracy guns and higher FP though.
