<p>I've been using Electronic Observer to play for a while now (mostly because I'm only playing to rip game assets) but recently it hasn't been working. I start it up, sign in, wait for the startup screen but it never comes and I'm left with a black screen the entire time. Does anyone know how to fix this? </p>

<p>I wish I could have participated in the Winter 2018 event when it was active. I started playing in May 2018, three months after the said event had ended. It was a major event and I feel like I've missed out on something Important. </p><p>Anyone else ever feel like they've missed out in participating in any of the past Kancolle events and wish they could have a chance to replay any of them at all? </p>

<p>Hey, </p><p>Anyone know if the Devs take suggestions?  (Ya, I know, wishful thinking) </p><p>I'd like to see smoke generators added to the game.  Historically, they appear to be a pretty key piece of equipment for DD/DEs - see Taffy 3 during the battle off Samar.  First thing they did was dump smoke. </p><p>Maybe something that activates based on luck like the Star Shell.  Or a consumable you activate pre-node like a Combat Ration.  It would buff the evasion for effected ships.  Friendlies with radar would work normally, those without would suffer an accuracy debuff.  Enemies with radar would ignore the friendly evasion buff.  </p><p>They could even make it work differently for the various nations.  US smoke covers the whole fleet with average buff.  RN covers the activating ship and the two on either side with a higher buff.  IJN covers whole fleet with lower buff but it carries into Yasen, etc... </p><p>Thoughts? </p>

<p>Some time ago, an update made it so that some specific dive-bomber planes can hit installations, and that info was noted in this wiki. However, it is removed now as so far as I can find. Does anyone have the full list of dive-bomber planes that can allow carriers to hit installations? I only recall that the Proto Nanzan and the Suisei (Group 634/With Cluster Bombs) are part of them. In addition, can a mod update the combat guide, installation, and equipment pages with those planes? Thanks in advance. </p>

After the day battle at boss node, I clicked "Night battle" and suddenly, error musume strike and I thought I lost all of my progress. </p><p>However, when I reconnect the game, 4-5 has already been cleared and I got the medal. I thought the game would update the status of Boss HP after I reach the summary screen. But this doesn't seem to be the case for what happened today. Did they change the mechanic or has my understanding been wrong all along? </p><p>Thank you </p>

<p>Has anyone worked out an effective method to quickly level ships in HTML5 the way we could back in the glory days of 3-2A yet? </p><p>I have so many low level ships in my fleet, and with every event my list of ships that I need to level grind just keeps getting higher and higher and I don't see any real way to effectively level them anymore. It's honestly really frustrating. Of course I've been doing PvP, but it's just way too slow. How have you guys been levelling your ships since the change? All the old guides are out of date now so I honestly have no idea what to do... </p>

<p>I don't know why Tanaka don't add this for Kancolle? This will very usefull for those don't have time for play every focking 30 min for bucket on exp while they have working, exp 21, 37, 38 for fuel and ammo. With upgrade to HTML 5 I very need this, i can't no longer open 2 tab for KC and work together, it focking laging. Sometimes i get caught by my boss because waiting game loading too focking long just for EXPEDITION!!. Go EXPEDITION don't KUSO Waifu! I hope Tanaka will add this in future update! <p>With update to HTML5. KanColle consume a lot RAM of my laptop which had only 2 GB RAM! I used Acer Aspire 4741 old version so i can't upgrade my RAM because they welded everything together! I can't save my money to buy a new one, my salary is low only 5$/day (150$/month - in my country is not bad but gears cost are so damn high), my dad passed 1 year ago so i am main income to my mom (55 yearolds). I work everydays (Mon - Sun, 10AM - 8PM, holidays are work too), KanColle is all i have to relax, enjoy fun with. Now with HTML5 upgrade i can't play anymore, i began game and got lag, freeze and got Blue Screen!!!! Bye bye </p>
