KanColle 2nd Season Cancelled?

<p>Guys there's been some rumors that the 2nd season was cancelled by Kadokawa or the works have been stopped. But I only saw in some sites our groups this information and noone is talking about it even Kadokawa. Does anyone know if it is 100% confrimed and what is it exactly stopped or cancelled, or know the reason why? </p>

Kantai Collection Anime: Epoisode 12 Discussion

Thanks.] - Gensui updated it.</i> </p><p>This thread is for the discussion of Kancolle Anime Epoisode 12; "Enemy Planes Above, Dive-bombing!" or "敵機直上、急降下!" </p><p>Episode will be airing in tomorrow (March 26th) at (i think) 1:00 AM JST </p><p>You can vent whatever you want to your heart contents here but play nice with each other. </p> <hr><p>On other news; the next Anime season is coming up in a few weeks and guess what shows are making their return: <i>Oregairu S2, Sidonia no Kishi and FATE UBW S2!</i> (GDI Ufotable for pulling that S2 again!) <i>Denpa Kyoshi and Yamada 7-nin</i> are also starting their engines. Oh and there's also Gintama, Nisekoi and Nagato-ruhi but those are either like-it-or-hate-it-type. </p><p>Note: Now this is where it is revealed that Kanmusus are souls that escaped from the sea in hope of returning to living a leisure life on land and Shinkaisen-kan are angels that wish to return Kanmusu back to the sea before they turn rogue. </p><p>All in all it's been a ride...not a fun one but it's a ride... I hope that if I ever need to do this again that it will be about Mutsuki-class...wait, maybe I asked too much...just read the script before doing it I guess? </p><p>If there's one thing I regret...it's not doing [this] ever since episode one. GG Kusakawa I see that you kept some skills during your works with SHAFT (mainly the headtilt). </p>

Thanks. </p><p>This thread is for the discussion of Kancolle Anime Epoisode 11; "Operation MI, Commence!" or "MI作戦! 発動!" </p><p>Episode will be airing in tomorrow (March 19th) at (i think) 1:00 AM JST </p><p>You can vent whatever you want to your heart contents here but play nice with each other. </p> <hr><p>Note/Rant: Kancolle anime is like an indecisive teenager. It has lots of time and resources provided to them but in the end they don't know where they want to head. So they just decided to combine a bunch of cliche from many genres together and hope it works (Madoka Ep 3 Factor, obligatory swimsuit episode, filler episode (Ep6), forced story (Mutsuki/Kisaragi, Ooi/KTKM, Admiral) and the use-ep11-for-quick-and-sudden-climax-buildling-because-it-was-fooling-around-for-the-pass-6+ - episodes (many 12 episodes anime cliche). </p><p>I swear; the last two episodes might even do something like they're losing, Nagato got captured and to be executed via pink nuke and smiled at the end (along the way Akagi sunk), Fubuki became new leader (probably end of ep 11) and brought victory to them via dues ex machina. Then ALMOST at the end they'll present us with a new enemy trying to foreshadow another season...which they probably won't get. </p><p>Quoting from User:Echoholic </p><p><i>"The problem with the writing I realized is that the script writer obviously doesn't play Kancolle...It's all written based off online research and knowledge about WWII...Whenever they stop doing slice-of-life which is easy to write, they fall back on copying history which sucks...This is why the anime is bad"</i> </p>

I do want to see where they will throw those two into. After the previous episode, I can't trust the title anymore (not to mention it kinda dropped my expectation down a bit). Zuikaga EP can also be a pretty good foreshadowing to a certain grand battle against the abyssal fleet where many types of flags will be raised. </p><p>My other bet is on Fubakagi episode + flags but really...that sounds a bit too far-fetch. </p><p>P.S.: Someone please animate Level 1 Zuikaku!! and Hoppokaku! </p>

Featuring Hibiki, the Russian phoenix; Akatsuki, the lady-like exiled ninja; Ikazuchi, the thunderous loli-mom; and Inazuma, the Miyuki showstopper. </p><p>Join them as they battle through the delicious Curry sea; eating hot & spicy flavor of the south to the mild flavor of the north...wait...not that curry sea? Oh, they mean this Curry Sea. </p><p><u>Add After Watching (Minor Rant since we're either 25(?) or 50%(?) through the series):</u> </p><p>HOLY SHIP! I didn't actually expect a real Battle of "CURRY". Wait, what the hell am I watching again? Is this Kantai no Soma? What happened to the depressing event a few episodes ago? Is this episode showing the creation of the ultimate bioweapon that will one-shot any abyssal ship? What is actually the point of this episode? Why am I feeling this will be another Strike Wtich series with 6-8 episodes of no progress? When will I get my Ooikami lesbo-suggestive episode!? </p><p>Next you're going to tell me the there's an episode about Naka's concert and her rise to become a fleet idol. Hell why not, they should also add in a kantai school festival and let them eat cake and drink tea. Don't forget an episode about Shimakaze's dream to become the blue hedgehog of the sea. </p><p>This episode gets 11/10 because in the end...6th division is still cute as ship. </p>
