What I did before getting a credit card was get gift cards, buy DMM cards from an online source like https://www.apartment507.com/ , and then use those. It is a bit annoying, but unless you get a credit card this is basically the only way.
EDIT: Also, for leveling low level ASW capable ships that can't survive 5-3, 5-5B (200-250 base EXP) is a submarine node that unfrequently causes taiha and gives more EXP then all 1-5 nodes combined AND you can bring 6 ships there. I've been using it, and it's pretty good, at least until somewhere better is found. You don't even need to worry about morale for non-flagship ships.
What does it say the drop rate for no drop is for you for nodes G and K? Just hover over it to see it, if you didn't know.
Has anyone found a good place to farm drops like CAs and BBs for mod fodder yet? The leveling methods found right now don't drop many.

Using 5-3C like the old 3-2A (only needs a slow ship), and using 5-5B for leveling DDs and such (<3DD?) seems to be a good way to level with little risk for now. The 5-2C + 12cm 30-tube Rocket Launcher Kai Ni is still viable too. You can use these until someone finds a better method.
It's basically 3-2A, but takes double the time for less resources.
Thanks for the tips! The only shipgirl I don't actually like is Iowa, but even she has been slowly growing on me since I got her.
I'm not very good with equipment stuff, so take this with a grain of salt or wait for someone else to reply.
You SHOULD be able to scrape by on easy with the guns you have. I don't really know. Just get better ones when and if you can, and be careful about BB gun overweight penalties.
Torpedo and dive bombers should suffice, though once again, get better ones if and when you can.
The places that even my untrained eyes can see you are lacking in are good 9+ AA fighters, high range fighters, AP shells, AA shells, Radars (you need every radar you can get), daihatsu, skilled lookouts, and any kind of land based aircraft. The last three you will get over time, but are still something you should aim for in the future.
I've noticed that you are getting low on ship and equipment slots as well. I would suggest keeping 10 ship slots free at all times when doing events, since you can't even sortie when you have less then 5 ship slots free. You may also want to scrap most of your 12.7cm twin gun mounts and all of your 12cm single gun mounts to free up space. You could also just buy more slots, since you have already bought some, thought that may not be viable based on your financial situation. Always an option though if you do have the money.
Murasame and Kagerou both require somewhat rare items for their remodels that would be better put elsewhere for now, replace them with Asashio, Yukikaze, and Hibiki. Focus Satsuki and Fumizuki first so you have daihatsu carriers, do the rest in whatever order.
You MAY want to level up a few DE. I don't really have any information besides them POSSIBLY being needed for next event.
Get Kumano and Mogami to at least level 60, Suzuya as well if you get her. CAV are used very frequently in events.
Focus on your FBBs. Seriously, they are needed pretty badly. You might not clear certain maps without them being properly leveled.
Bring Zuikaku to CVB ASAP and continue leveling Hiryuu and Souryuu as planned. Get Chiyoda, Ryuujou, and Junyou decently leveled if you can. While your CVLs SHOULD be fine as they are, they are usually required in fairly difficult maps.
For the speculated ships, you should only need 2-3 to get the historical branching on easy. Just make sure to have suitable replacements ready.
For next event's ships, look at the same place you got that picture and click the button that says "Operation Kita & Operation Ten-go ships". It will download a picture showing the ships that are SPECULATED to be needed for next event, as well as the levels of the ones you have.
What use would a battleship carrier have in real life though? How would they even be used? If they got in range of thier guns, their range advantage as a carrier would be gone. In KanColle, they would probably be quite useful, but wouldn't just a normal carrier be more efficient in real life?
It would be best to get used to that now. I have several thousand runs to do since I have a lot of ships that need leveling. It's draining if you try to do it all at once.
